
Inventory: The items in our eStore are available for sale in our bricks and mortar stores right now and is from here that we pull the items to ship to you. We closely monitor inventory levels to ensure that items you may wish to order are in stock. As item levels diminish we note this on each effected item so that you can be fully aware. Because of this, items in our eStore are subject to prior sale.
Shipping: UPS picks up from us each day around noon time. Orders received today will ship out tomorrow. This includes UPS Next day orders. There is no weekend pick up. USPS picks up each morning around 10:30 so the same holds true with Gift Card orders which we send through the postal service. The charges for shipping include the actual shipping charges and a very modest amount for handling your order.
Packaging: Our boxes may be used, the cushioning not new. It's just the part we play to recycle and reuse.
Gift Message: Want to include a message for an order that is being sent as a gift? You will have an oportunity at the very end of the check out of your order to communicate this or anything else that we might need to know about your order.
Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email that we recevied your order. Please do not submit your order more than once. If you're not sure contact us.
